  2. Very informative article with lots of great ideas to try in order to lose weight. I’m over 50 now and I have been following many of your suggestions for a while now. I find drinking lots of water to be a great benefit, it does wonders! I try to have a water bottle by my side most of my waking life. If I want a treat, I make myself walk to the corner store to get it, I never keep junk food in the house. Anyhow, awesome article. Keep up the great work!

  3. Thank you for all the valuable tips here! I am approaching 50 now and am very aware of fat sticking round my waste, aargh! It takes a lot of discipline. What helps me is have 3 good, wholesome meals a day indeed and NOT snack in between…leave at least 5 hours between every meal and not eating after 7pm in the evening, which is the hardest one for me! Luckily I never bought into the microwave hype and processed foods DO NOT enter my house and fridge…At least I’ve got that right. And exercise and fresh air are so important to stay healthy and balanced which makes it easier to stay disciplined!
